Drafts, fogging between the panes, windows or doors that stick or won’t lock, rising power bills and visible rot or warping are the usual signs. How long does installation take?
It depends on how many openings, how complex the job is and the weather. On average, a full-home replacement takes one to three days.
Do I need a permit?
Yes, permits are required, and A Better View handles all of the permitting and verifies every Florida Product Approval for you.

What maintenance do new windows need?
Very little: clean frames and glass with mild soap and water a few times a year, keep tracks and weep holes clear and lubricate the hardware now and then. Ask about the annual maintenance program if you’d rather they handle it.
